Ontakesan (Japan | BGVN 40:03)
This Bulletin report covers activity from November 2003 to November 2014. During this reporting interval, two eruptions occurred, both broadly described as phreatic, yet containing a minor component of identified juvenile magmatic material.
Nyamuragira (DRC | BGVN 40:01)
This report covers activity from April 2014 to January 2015, during which time there were intervals with lava fountains, high SO2 fluxes, elevated thermal infrared emissions, and high seismicity.
Suwanosejima (Japan | BGVN 39:11)
This report covers activity from 1 April 2013 to 31 December 2014. This reporting period includes continuous tremor, intervals with several explosions per day, and plumes rising up to 5.5 km altitude.
Fogo (Cape Verde | BGVN 39:11)
This Bulletin report covers from June 1995 through February 2015. The interval’s major volcanic event began on 23 November 2014 with the eruption of lavas. Fogo continued erupting through 8 February 2015, when the Observatório Vulcanológico de Cabo Verde (OVCV) stated that the eruption ceased.
